Dagoba Organic Chocolate was founded in 2001 and is one of the few companies that follows the principles of Full Circle Sustainability, by paying attention to quality, ecology, equity and community. The company’s founder, Frederick Schilling, is committed to creating excellent chocolate in a socially responsible way, by working with the communities that do the harvesting, supporting ecological projects to sustain the rainforest (where cacao grows best), and many other aspects.

The website explains their philosophy quite well and gives a lot of links for further information. Their online store shows the many types of chocolate they sell, including the crushed cacao beans themselves (called “nibs”). They also have drinking chocolate mixes, and the only organic Fair Trade Certified and corn syrup free chocolate syrup on the market. [ Source Dagoba Chocolate]
