Napa Valley Products Gourmet Mustard
Out of the Napa Valley in California comes great mustards from the Napa Valley Products company. You can try such flavors as Wasabi-Sake mustard (wasabi is a spicy horseradish with quite a kick), Apricot Ginger (use as a glaze for a ham), Champagne Shallot (with the taste of roasted shallots) (what does a raw shallot taste like, I wonder), Honey Truffle, and a fiery Habenero mustard.
