OK, I know I don’t have room in the freezer for this. But if I did, I mean, when I do. I like it. IceOrb is a multi-functional wine/beverage chiller than actually also makes adorable egg shaped ice (21 to be exact), can hold foods (handy cover) and is also dishwasher safe. In fact, the size (six inches diameter and five inches wide) is the only issue for my poor, over packed freezer. And I’m thinking of making room. After all, the ice cube trays with covers don’t seal out the odd smell, I’m using the little ones for pesto and the like – and until my rich uncle dies (actually, long after) I’m just not lucky enough to have an automatic ice maker. Since this is under $20, I just might be able to save up. And then in a few months – get a bottle of wine!! Either way, I applaud the thinking. [ IceOrb ]

I have to admit, this is pretty cool. Solves that freezer burn taste as well. Must investigate!

So stinkin’ cute! We have an ice dispenser but I like it for the portability.
