By his own admission, Blair Lazar is a passionate man, devoted to creating some of the worlds hottest and extreme food products. He holds the Guinness record for the hottest commercial chili sauce. This guy must never sleep, he just keeps cranking out crazy extreme food products like a man on a mission.

Some of his recent creations include 600,000 scoville unit Habanero potato chips. To give you some perspective of the heat factor involved in one of these tasty chip bombs, a Jalapeno weighs in at only 5000 scovies. He also produces the Blair’s Death Sauce hot sauce line, dry rubs, even anti aging skin care products made with capsicum (the stuff that makes peppers hot).
