Oil – 2 tablespoons
Water – to make dough

Potatoes – 250 grams (boiled)
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Green chilies – 5 to 6 (finely chopped)
Coriander – (finely chopped)
Coriander Powder – 1/2 (teaspoon)
Red chili powder – 1 (small spoon)
Salt – as per taste
Mango powder – half (small spoons)
Chaat Masala – 1 (small spoon)
Garam Masala – half (small spoon)
Cumin – half a teaspoon
Oil – to bake Paratha
Butter – 25 grams

First of all, take a big bowl and sieve the flour with the help of a sieve.

Now add salt as per taste to the flour, after adding two teaspoons of oil, mix the oil and salt in the flour.

Now with the help of water, prepare a stiff dough of flour.

Now knead the dough for at least 4 to 5 minutes with the help of the fist of both hands. Cover the dough with a plate.

First of all, wash 6 to 7 potatoes and put them in the cooker and add half a glass of water, and two pinches of salt, close the lid of the cooker and turn it on the gas and turn on the gas.

Now put mashed potatoes in it and cook the potatoes for a few minutes.

You can mix coriander powder, red chilli powder, mango powder, garam masala, salt, all these spices in potato.

important things :

1 – Do not let the potatoes lie in water for too long; this causes the potato to become wet, then there is a problem in making parathas.
2 – Do not grate potatoes, mash the potatoes with the help of a messer or by hand.
3 – If you want, you can also add turmeric to the stuffing.
